entrances, beautiful brick and vinyl exteriors, community
sidewalks, main floor master suites, first floor laundry and full
basements. Convenient options include a third bedroom, loft
areas and sunny garden basements.
Ashby Preserve is located on Jefferson Avenue in Harrison
Township. We are less than one mile from I-94 and many
other major thoroughfares, yet away from daily congestion.
Many popular dining, shopping, sporting, and entertainment
hot spots are nearby providing opportunities perfect for an
active lifestyle throughout the seasons of the year.
Rich in history, Harrison Township was founded in 1782.
One of the first settlers, William Tucker, built his family
home on the banks of the Huron River (now known as the
Clinton River). This home built with the help of the local
Indians, is now the oldest free-standing house in Michigan.
His Indian friends also gave him 3,300 acres of land nearby.
That land is now the Selfridge Air National Guard Base.
Value is what is waiting for you at Ashby Preserve. Affordable,
quality constructed homes, a maintenance-free lifestyle and a
tranquil setting near the waterfront of Lake St. Clair is what
you'll come home to at Ashby Preserve.
